Push-backs are state measures in which refugees and migrants are pushed back - usually immediately after crossing the border - without the possibility of filing an asylum application or having their legality checked by a court. Push-backs violate, among other things, the ban on collective deportation, which is enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights.













































As a political-artistic experiment we asked friends and collegues of us to send us second hand cloths from there hometowns. All of them visited second hand markets in Kenia, Benin and Kamerun, where old garments from Europe are sold. Since the sixties tons and tons of cloths are arriving on the african continent. Donated like charity the textile cover a huge economical sectore in the destination countries.  While some countries banned this kind of import, in most parts western waste is more than ever filling up the markest and landmines of african countries.
